Since founding Travel Pass, she has led the company’s strategic development, service management and international partnership development. She aims to make overseas career and education opportunities more accessible, build lasting connections between organizations and professionals, and coordinate consulting processes effectively.

With an entrepreneurial approach to Travel Pass’s organizational development and growth, Görgülü focuses on client relations, business development, operational coordination and international partner relations.

Committed to developing visa and career consulting services around trust, transparency and professionalism, Görgülü aims to grow Travel Pass internationally and create new business opportunities in different markets.

Ahmet Kurtuluş Görgülü is an entrepreneur working in career guidance, visa consulting and international business development. He focuses on developing strategic collaborations between companies in different sectors, building international business networks and establishing sustainable commercial relationships.

Through Travel Pass, which he founded in 2021, he continues his work in business development and corporate partner relations. He plays an active role in managing partner relationships with hundreds of companies, including Wolt, AH Lojistik, Meris GmbH, Work Zend and Lisanfen Akademi.

As the founder of Visabon AI, he also focuses on exploring technology and AI-assisted solutions in consulting processes. Through his work in visa and career consulting, he helps connect individuals and organizations, explore international opportunities and develop professional processes.

With an academic background in local government and accounting, Görgülü combines his entrepreneurial experience with corporate collaboration, organizational management and strategic business development.

In 2023, he also took part in the Didim mayoral candidacy process, bringing his interest in local government and public administration into his political work.

Nihat Semi Çelik is a graduate of Piri Reis University in Naval Architecture Engineering, with experience in financial management, budget planning and financial operations coordination. He has served as Chief Financial Officer at Travel Pass since 2021, taking an active role in managing the company’s financial processes.

With extensive professional experience and an analytical approach, he contributes to the sustainability of the company’s financial structure, the effective use of resources and the efficient management of financial processes.

As a graduate of Trakya University with two years of experience in career guidance, I support individuals in reaching their career goals and connecting with the right opportunities.

I take a solution-oriented approach to job searching, career planning and personal development. Grounded in trust, transparency and professionalism, I aim to provide guidance tailored to each client’s needs.

My goal is to help each individual make the most of their potential and take confident steps on their career journey.

I combine the technical knowledge and analytical thinking skills I gained as an electrical technician with my work in international employment and consulting.

I currently work as an advisor at Travel Pass, taking an active role in international employment, work permit and visa processes for individuals pursuing careers in European countries, particularly Germany. I contribute to candidate guidance, application coordination and professional communication.

I complement my technical background with strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach, guided by reliability, transparency and continuous development.
