PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT · OCTOBER 2026

An operational foundation for global mobility.

A factual product brief for demos and startup discussions. No customer, revenue, traction or Startup Status acceptance claims are made.

The product

Visabon AI is a B2B workflow software MVP for visa agencies, immigration service providers, international recruiters and employers. It organizes applicants, employers, case progress, document checklists and tasks. The founder’s consulting and workforce support experience in Kosovo and North Macedonia informs the workflows; existing consulting revenue is separate from software revenue.

Implemented

English and Turkish pages; individual C/D application flow; employer company profiles and named personnel files; consultancy Schengen tourism/business/family section; Visa Navigator in all three portals; private email accounts, persistent cases, uploads, notes, tasks and history; sources for 29 Schengen countries and selected German routes; downloadable provisional checklists; demo review, recorded expert enquiries and human-confirmed official-channel handoff; BA and EURES job resources. No live AI model or expert network is connected.

Planned

Production email verification and password recovery; shared company memberships and invitations; evaluated live AI activation and OCR; full nationality/residence/purpose-specific legal checklists; licensed live job feeds; direct appointment integrations where officially supported; subscriptions, notifications, advanced reporting and privacy operations.

Architecture

React workspace & marketing UIAuthenticated server APIsD1 records + private R2 files

Vinext on Cloudflare Workers. Email sessions or hosted ChatGPT identity authorize data APIs. Account and demo/pilot scope checks isolate records. Uploaded bytes remain in private R2. Reviews are stored in D1 and tied to a fingerprint of the case and document versions. Changes invalidate the appointment handoff.

A three-month roadmap

MONTH 1

Validate the workflow

Interview agencies and employers, observe real processes, test proposed pricing and run synthetic-data pilots. Assess privacy and threat models.

MONTH 2

Build the team foundation

Implement organizations, invitations and owner/member roles, retention and deletion workflows, reliable notifications and curated requirement templates.

MONTH 3

Prepare controlled pilots

Connect a server-side model with explicit review consent, evaluate OCR and extraction, add billing and observability, test recovery and commission a security review.

Assumptions to validate

This demonstrates product development; it does not establish eligibility for an Estonian Startup Status application. Application criteria and supporting evidence require a separate current assessment.
